Prim & Proper carefully prepares and packs each order from our store in Fort Worth, Texas. Orders ship Monday thru Friday.

Shipping Timetable

All orders are prepped and packed within 2–4 business days unless personalization/gift wrapping is requested or it is during peak periods of the holiday season.  Should there be any sense of urgency to ship out your gifts sooner please do not hesitate to contact us.  We will do our best to meet your needs.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS.  If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date.

Returns customers must have have an account to create a return shipment. If you place orders as guests, you will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert your guest account into a customer account.

These steps explain how to create a return.

  2. Your recent orders will be displayed. Click to view the particular order that you would like want to create a return for. 

  3. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.

  4.  Choose the products to return and the quantity.
  5. To help us better serve you and other customers in the future please give an accurate reason for your return. You can either choose a reason and an action or provide a reason of your own own, and then send the return request.
